Line bred to Caro great broodmare prospect.

She is lovely; I hope she finds a home quickly. Who wouldn't want to look out at their pasture and see her

I don't know if it changes what the owner wants to do with her, but she won a maiden claiming race yesterday at Beulah Park.

    What a beauty!

Laurie, how much was the claim? I take it she wasn't claimed?

The tag was $4,000 and no, she wasn't claimed.

Here's the chart for the race: http://www.equibase.com/static/chart...111811USA3.pdf

I don't understand how it can be said that a horse known to be spooky at the track will calm down and be fine away from the track. It would seem more likely to assure a solid placement for the mare if it is understood by her new owners that the is a bit spooky and reactive, if she calms down later then that's icing on the cake, if it is her innate tendency then hopefully someone will get her who understands the behavior and won't be over horsed.

Beautiful to look at, but I would not want to be the person trying to keep her white! LOL...Some horses simply are not thrilled with track life and are much calmer away from it...Some horses are just spooky, only time will tell which is which..She is awfully pretty..

I have one of those "white" horses. His main goal in life is to roll in mud every chance he gets, which is daily, LOL.

Still beautiful to look at though, no matter what color he may be that day.

My old mare was a white Trak. She positively glowed. Looking for her at night in a field was a breeze. My current mare is also a white Trak. She always looks a little dingy, and just doesn't have that same silvery quality to her coat.
