I don't understand how it can be said that a horse known to be spooky at the track will calm down and be fine away from the track. It would seem more likely to assure a solid placement for the mare if it is understood by her new owners that the is a bit spooky and reactive, if she calms down later then that's icing on the cake, if it is her innate tendency then hopefully someone will get her who understands the behavior and won't be over horsed.
Beautiful to look at, but I would not want to be the person trying to keep her white! LOL...Some horses simply are not thrilled with track life and are much calmer away from it...Some horses are just spooky, only time will tell which is which..She is awfully pretty..
My old mare was a white Trak. She positively glowed. Looking for her at night in a field was a breeze. My current mare is also a white Trak. She always looks a little dingy, and just doesn't have that same silvery quality to her coat.
