    Default Auction 3 yo future showjumpers

    During Breeders the Swedish Youngster Finals there was an auction of 16 threeyearolds.

    Nice horses (looked at the 2 top prices) but very high prices compared to what we see locally (France)

    I would assume the last one is an Irish bred. Nice bunch of horses and good prices.

    Yes, No5 Clann Lux Imp irish bred by Marie McManus, Tubber, Moate, Co Westmeath, Irland, maybe you know of her?

    Compassion and Carlo Swedishbred, the other two german and dutch.

    They are selected by riders on the Swedish team and our largest horsedealer who was once on the team so I guess you could compare to an eliteauction in Germany. Averageprice was USD 26000.

    That filly was offered for sale on a craigslist type thing for 2200 euros and no takers! I just heard this story the other day! Kudos to the breeder and producer.

    Boo to all of us who passed her by. In general, I don't go on done deal because I can't look at all the 200 euro foals willing me to buy them!
