Default Talk to me about Penrose in Knoxville, Tn!

I have lived in Knoxville for my whole life and have trained with multiple different trainers. Now, after a three or four year hiatus from showing and lessons (not my decision..) I am trying to get back into it. Anyone who rides in Knoxville knows that Penrose is THE place to ride if you want to be good. So people, talk to me about it! How is the barn run, what can I expect in lessons, how will they treat my horse, and are the people there nice? The last one is the one I am most worried about since I have heard a few things about them.. Mostly using the words "snobby" or "stuck up." So how would they feel about a poor girl with an awkward OTTB and who works for everything she has? Thanks guys
With no words to say, A girl and her horse can communicate. Cause motion is motion
And nothing's up for to debate

Don't know a whole lot about it other than Maryville's Eq team is now based out of there
