    Default Weed Identification

My boy studiously ignores this stuff, normally, but a couple of days ago he surprized me and purposely ate one plant. Perhaps because it is flowering now. You can see the tiny yellow flowers in one of these photos.

Looks a lot like teaweed. Does it have a very woody stem? Does it grow into a small bush?

Definitely teaweed. The other name for it is Prickly Sida, I think. You do not want to get that stuff going in a pasture, as it is almost impossible to control.

It only seems to get to about 18 inches high. I'm not sure if you would call the stem woody or not. I'll google images of teaweed. Thanks!

Teaweed. Miserble stuff. Impossible to get rid of. Ask me how I know.

Mow, mow, mow. Cause it's almost impossible to pull up. It hangs on really hard.
