Default Horseless Rider in Austin, TX

I'm 27 years old and have ridden my whole life. Taught lessons and trained horses for sale in Maryland, before moving to Texas last summer for a Master's program. Looking for a horse to ride 1-3 times a week, and would love to take some lessons as well. Evented through Training level, but have been doing more Jumpers the past year. I'm only 5'1, and I'm comfortable on big and small horses. I'd like a horse that can do 3'3-3'6, but am open to anything. I've worked a lot with green horses and problem horses, so I'm open to that as well.

I honestly just want to get back to riding a few times a week. I sold my horse before coming down here and I miss going to the barn so often. Open to your suggestions, but ultimately looking for a work-to-ride situation for a green horse, or a lease.
