    Default Good For a Laugh!

I am about to set myself up as the "butt" of a joke.

I recently rode in the AEC's. Due to many mistakes by the office and scoring, I was not at my best for my SJ round. Finding myself in 4th place may have contributed to the pressure, too.

For a huge belly laugh, go to www.shannonbrinkman.com, click on the 2011 AEC's and scroll down to Lowelle (flying Wallenda) Messner. When you get to SJ, you will see about what I am talking.

It was a full moon at the AEC's, "butt" I did not have to re-enact it. LOL!

If you cannot laugh at yourself......

Nice stick! At least you stayed on, I was plowing the back 40 with my nose at Mayfest. And I had TWO rails at Flying Cross. Not that I'm trying to one up you or anything!

You stayed on after that? You're my new hero.

    That is an EPIC picture.

Actually, my DH got the same shot, but at a different angle. I thought that only my left foot was lying on Tessie's croup. The Shannon Brinkman photo told the whole story.

You have to love my mare. She did not even blink and her ears stayed forward, locked on the next fence through my "airs above the ground/horse".

    Agreed!

Carrots and peppermints by the truck load for your wonderful mare---she kept you on AND left the rails up! Mine would have put me in the dirt!!!!

Auburn, that there is a classic photo. Tess just gave you back all the time you gave her when she was sick. Can't believe you stayed in the tack, whoo hoo.

We got in too deep and I jumped ahead. I believe that Denny calls it a heliocopter jump.

Can't you see me hovering in the air?

Wow! I'm so totally impressed that you managed to get your legs back on either side of the horse and right yourself in the saddle! Well done!! *high five*

    I give it a "10."

But way to stay balanced in the air and land straight back down. And I agree, framed 8x10 is in order.
