Default Thoroughbred Mare in SC, Main Mare book approved

I have a lovely TB mare who is in the RPSI main mare book. She had a baby for me this year and is now looking for her next home. I am very open to short/long term lease or to rehome her to someone who is interested in either breeding her or putting her back u/s. She is 15.2, black/bay with a star and two white feet. She has a very laid back personality, even with foal at side. Easy to clip/lunge/load, etc. She is sound, but hasn't been ridden in a few years. She is 10 years old and never raced.
