Before I get to the meat of this post, I had to share...
I first type "good damnline" in my title. Gosh. See what happens when everything meshes together in my mind!
I understand more and more the importance of a good damline for sport. But, of course, I get stuck on the lack of objective definition of "good".
When is a damline considered good? After 4 generations? After 20? After having produced two or three stallions? After having produced three offsprings in top sport (as required by the prestatie predicate for instance?)?
Where do you draw the line? Some are obvious of course, but what about the up and coming marelines? There must be some, no?
