Just wanted to comment that I looked up the website and I have concluded that the place is horrible and run down and should probably be shut down and donated to COTHers such as ourselves to move into. It only seems to be the best option. :-D

wow I have a friend who currently works there and has for over a year...would not think any of this would be the way to get a job there.
Not the way questions were posed, or the way you treated others on COTH.

Anyone else can put me in touch with someone who has worked at/for Heritage Farm ?
I hope you're not trying to get the job based on your personality cause it doesn't appear you're going to get too far. If you can't handle a short hijack on COTH I doubt you'd survive an afternoon working at Heritage.

NOBODY - and I mean NO BODY - is going to hire you with that attitude. Last time I checked, unemployment was at a record high. Which means, sweetie, that your nasty attitude puts you at the bottom of the pile. And the things you spew here are here forever.

So... what is it like to ride there / work there? Does everyone have matching rugs / saddle pads etc? (that always looks nice) are the horses turned out to the nines for their lessons? I'm sure I'd drool over them all... Is Andre as good as teacher as he seems?

(trying to stear the topic back to Heritage...)

    No detail is overlooked.

I have seen him chastise a student for wearing brown spur straps with black boots. Apparently the student had been told before...

The equitation issue of COTH (a few weeks ago) had a really great feature about him that sort of sums everything up. It's worth reading. Incredibly dedicated teacher and a very hard worker.

I'd be the type of coach to do this as well :P

As others have said, in a barn like that, no detail is overlooked - dress to impress, etc. I believe that EVERY young/aspiring rider should present themselves as professionally as possible at all times (not saying that brown spur straps/black boots is unprofessional.. but you know what I mean)

Thanks Tha Ridge! I just found that online - it was great! Talk about a hard working individual! Big thumbs up to him on what he has accompished, and what he's done for others.

Says a lot about him too that he basically put having a personal relationship on hold until his 30's because he was so driven with his goals!

I need me a piece of his motivation!
