May I suggest that if you have a problem with something that you bought from Grand Prix that you take it back where you bought it.
They don't sell direct ( as far as I know ) and usually that means that the responsibility for returns or problems lies with the store where you got it.
They can contact the company for you.
If you search my old posts, I may have mentioned the name of the guy with whom I spoke at Frantisi to get help on my GPA helmet when the harness broke on my speed air and I was pretty livid. The road was initially bumpy but I was happy with the end result.
Lost four GP coats and a pair of GP boots when the barn and trailer burned down, and just really need model/style info for the insurance company (my old tack store that I bought them from is no longer in existence, and my invoices burned in the fire).
So far, they have ignored my requests, and/or talked down to me ("oh, well that is just our base model, its not like you spent a lot").
Well, for me 4 GP coats, and a GP pair of boots was a LOT of overtime shift hours. I sure felt like I spent a lot.
Still have no information, but one guy did say he would take a look at my pictures to help identify the remnants of burned fabric.
