Great older WB stallions getting older in America. Oskar, Consul, Fair Play . . .

Oskar - 21 yrs
Consul - 27 yrs
Fair Play - 24 yrs
Facet - 24 yrs
Heirarch (still here?) - 22
Who else? Please add name and age of your fave stallions to the list.

Is Parabol still with us? He must be pretty old by now.
Pablo and Riverman are also both in their 20's, I think.

Sorry Nancy! I was thinking that he went through the stallion testing in 1990 as a three year old. Dont know where that came from! Hope there is still time to get mine!

Wow, that definitely makes me bite my nails a little bit... Didn't realize so many of those great horses are so Senior!
We have a Consul baby and a Riverman baby cooking in the oven for 2012... Fingers crossed!
This thread really makes me think about those super proven stallions out there...

Idocus 1990
I bred to him for a 2012 foal. My vet said if your mare
doesn't get pregnant it won't be this boy's fault....best looking
semen I have seen all season. I said, well the "boy " is 21
years old. Vet said wow and 2 weeks later he said ...She is pregnant 1st
try!

Farrington Keur, is 24 years old. He stands with Kathy Hickerson at Majestic Gaits. He is one I have always loved and I finally have a filly that would be a fabulous cross with him. I just need to waitt a few years...
