What weird things do your pets like? Thomas, pictured, comes running every time I sweep and wants to be swept too. lol When I was good about brushing their teeth he'd lift his upper lips up so he could get a better taste of CET poultry flavored toothpaste.

    What a kitty!

Sammy's classic dead kitty pose - he liked the pillow at the foot of the bed. I guess it made a comfy paw rest.

So, lets see of your pets crazy likes

Years ago, I had a friend who owned a pot bellied pig. Hamlet slept in the hallway on his pillows by the front door. He would NOT go to bed at night unless "his" chain saw was there. I kid you not.

Our JRT (who recently passed away ) would catch slugs and bring them in the house. She was so proud! Blech. After I finally convinced her to drop it, I'd give her potato chips to ge the slug taste out of her mouth. She also loved to ride in the wheelbarrow.

    Your kitty is gorgeous!

Lol - Hamlet --- it's perfect!!! I wish I was good with names like that.

Ewww, slugs! But I guess she thought she was helping by providing substitute escargot.

Thank you - I've got 3 more cats, but I didn't want to overload the board with pictures of my fuzzballs. Lord knows I could! lol

I'm not sure it's odd.. but my cat will get into anything... and I mean anything: http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pi...36&id=21308174

As a kitten she was small enough to get behind the desk and into the drawer:

One of our two cats sits like this ALL the time....she doesn't need a pillow to prop herself up, necessarily, either - sometimes she'll just sit like this on the floor or in a chair.

    CarolinaGirl-
Your kitty is miffed that you buy the DOG a coat but don't get her one!

My cat plays pool. I'm helping her in the video but she will put the balls in the pockets by herself too.

P.S. - I love that Thomas wants to be swept! That is so cute.

Carolina Girl, you have a super cute cat! I love the ones that crawl into things - the only things mine will get in are boxes. Oh, and her kitten picture is adorable

Swale, love that pose! I'll catch mine in that pose accidentally in midst of their grooming duties but they never just sit like that. That is hilarious and love the remote by her paw - she's just chilling and watching tv.. lol

PaintPony - I've never seen a cat playing pool! Awesome! She's a good shot too

Thomas is a card. I adopted him from the shelter about 7 years ago when he was 4 and from day 1 he's had a fetish about the broom. When I sweep the bathroom and he hears the broom I can hear him come running down the hall. lol

Thanks for posting the pictures and videos - I've enjoyed seeing everyone's cats little quirks. That's what makes them so special!

We had a barn/house cat, she just passed yesterday, who love to be shop vaced (sp). Honestly when the other cats were running to hide she would come towards the vac, sit in the way until you vacuumed her!

Marcus (the cat who may or may not be part Russian Blue) comes when I sweep, but he doesn't want to be swept, he wants to rub on the broom as I'm sweeping! NOT HELPFUL, cat.

Sundae the kitten (okay, not techncially a kitten any more but the little one) apparently has optional bones. Sometimes she has a skeleton, sometimes she's just a bean bag. She likes to hang over things like the arm of my recliner.
