Default First Show - to enter or not to enter?

So I finally found someone to trailer to some local schooling shows so I can get my 3 y/o filly out for the first time.

    She has never been anywhere...

Would you take her as a buddy the first show or would you enter some basic walk, trot classes?

(here is a vid taken today while my coach was riding, she is very green)

Why not decide when you get there?

Hack around a little in the morning, and if she is happy, show in one or 2 walk trot classes. I wouldn't overdo it though as she is 3.

She'll benefit by all the exposure and hanging out so showing is not all that important.

She's very cute. What is her breeding?

Very pretty girl! Take your time: I would probably just hang out with her, ride around the schooling area and walk around the grounds. I did this with my 3 yo the first few times out, it was really good experience for her. The first time I showed her it was no big deal, she was very relaxed and walked into an u/s class with 18 other horses like she'd been showing forever.

That is what I was leaning towards, thank you both.

She is REG CWB but 50% DWB (Pacific Star STV) and 50% appy (Otoe lines)
