I was just googling around looking for saddles with a more forward flap and I came across this one. It's a Schleese:

Here's one for sale on eBay.

We had the Stubben rep here recently to fit a new dressage saddle and want to have him back.

If you can stay under a 16" seat size-I really like the Passier Junior. If you need a larger seat Crosby Freestyle has a short flap [12"] option.

Prestige, Kieffer & County also make junior dressage saddles -
The Prestige Lucky is a designated "junior" saddle & comes with wool flocked or foam panels (I believe the older models are predominantly wool) & specified tree size; most of the Kieffer's are offered in a 16in size ...

Most tack shops will not stock the 16 size, so you may need to do some shipping in order to test ride saddles.

I tried years ago a 16,5 " County Connection and the saddle was a little bit too small for me, 5f2, 105 lbs
I own now the same model in 17" and fits perfectly.
