    Default Fluid above the Knee

Hi there, has anyone seen anything like this before & if so what was the outcome?

Horse fell down 18 months ago, knees have been drained once and both came back up but one huge (photos attached).

    Any thoughts? Its still soft

Looks like a pair of carpal hygromas.
