Default Oldenburg inspections and ownership papers

I have a fairly simple question regarding Oldenburg inspections and ownership papers.

I have a young mare registered with the Oldenburg Verband (North American Division) that I intend to have inspected either this year or next. I have her pink papers/passport with the original breeder listed as the owner. Am I able to use these papers at the inspection with a bill of sale proving me as the owner or do I have to go through the transfer of ownership process and get new papers in my name?

I have contacted the Oldenburg Verband several times with no response.

    Thanks!

She doesn't need to be in your name to be mare inspected.
