    Default Smartpak discount... Simple math?

Anybody ordered over $100 from Smartpak and used the Freedom code? I was just starting to checkout and entered the code.. and I mean 10% is easy to figure out, just move the decimal point, but apparently I'm wrong lol. From what I've figured from using the promo code they've only taken off 6-6.5% from my total (not even $10 from an over $100 order). Anyone else have this issue? I thought maybe they were taking the shipping from the 10%, but no as that would push it over the 10% mark. Am I missing something?

They can't take the percentage off of the tax. I don't think it applies to the shipping charges, either?

It worked for me. My order was $100.90, and it took off $10.09. Plus no shipping charges were applied.

I had the same problem....nearly $500 in the cart and the code only applied about a $10 discount. I didn't make the purchase and just figured there were exclusions in the fine print. Don't know what the problem was.

Ah I found out why.. one of the pairs of breeches isn't included because the manufacturer is restricting them from including them in the promotional offer.
Exclusions can be found towards the bottom of this page:

I have unwittingly violated the exclusions for a promo code before. I just contacted customer service and they still honored it. <3 <3 SP

I think this particular code was for non-sale items too. Sigh.
where are we going, and why am I in this hand basket?

It says clearance/sale items are exempt, but it included my "clearance" horse treats....
