So my driveway didnt fare too well this past winter/spring. It has cracked and heaved and I know I will need to do something with it before too long.
It is about 3 car lengths long and basically level. It is concrete from the garage to about two thirds of the way. The rest is asphalt. The concrete part has more and larger cracks and parts have raised up.
I have a tilting semi-retaining wall on one side (4' sloping down as lawn slopes) and a cub/hillside on the other side. Sidewalk also has some cracks and movement.
So what kind of driveway is recommended? I am not fussy about looks - it would have to look better than it does now! I assume some work will need to be done to fix the ground underneath?
I am looking for budget friendly, easy to maintain & shovel snow off of!
