Ask the governor to sign equine bill into law

[FONT='Calibri','sans-serif']The Senate and Assembly recently passed legislation that would provide commercial equine operations with access to agricultural district protections and an agricultural assessment. If Governor Cuomo signs the bill into law, horse farms that give lessons, engage in training or trail riding would be eligible for these benefits as long as they stable ten or more horses, gross at least $10,000 from these new eligible activities and have at least seven acres.
