Default Ariat Olympia Breeches- Euro seat, look like Ciaras and Trophy Hunters

    http://www.smartpakequine.com/ariat-...x?cm_vc=Search

I like the ones with the darker knee patches, but in the smartpak pic they look super dark...but in this picture they look just right: http://www.equestriansuppliesshop.co...32567_zoom.jpg

If I want darker patches, I want the khaki color, not tan, right?

Anyone have them? The TS supreme low rise trophy hunters are just too low for me and I've lost some weight and need a smaller size.

I've got a pair and I love them. I have the ones with the full seat. Really comfortable and not too low rise.

I don't know about your knee patch question (no one will see them when you're in the saddle anyway, so I wouldn't worry about it) but I have a pair in blue for schooling that I LOVE!! The material is great and super comfy.

Go for the tan color...the khaki has the greenish tint that was popular 10 years ago. They are very comfortable!

Ahhh that's what I was afraid of. I wasn't sure if the tan were TOO light, and was worried that the khaki were greenish. Forgot to include that in my original post. Thanks

They make TS mid-rise trophy hunter, if the rise is the only problem

    And in front zip too

No, I've worn the trophy hunters for the last year or so and though I like the comfort I can't say I'm the biggest fan of the fabric. It shows everything. Plus it is starting to wear through on the inner thighs/crotch area of my most worn pair. The ariat fabric is the only one I've found that lasts pretty much forever. I ordered a pair in tan yay!

Wanted to bring this topic to life again.. I'm thinking of getting a pair or two but wanted to hear more reviews now that they've been out for a while! Positive? Negative?
    Thanks!

I still love mine. And I've seen a lot of them at horse shows lately. Saw a bunch at Lamplight this summer.

I've been out of the loop forever but what does Euro seat mean?

It'sa seam that goes up and over your butt. It's like where a full seat seam would be but without the full seat material. They are more flattering than they sound and are all the rage now. Front zip are common, too.

I just got a pair of Olympias, and really like them. I got the low rise, side zip, euro seat with piped pockets. The knee patches are the same color as the breeches. They fit like Trophy Hunters but the fabric is much nicer. It's thinner and a bit stretchier than the TS. The fit is more of a slim fit, they are narrow through the hips, slim through the thigh, and the low rise is not extreme. I wear the same size in both. Really nice breeches, very comfy for summer riding.

The tan colors are MUCH safer now because of the fabrics that are being used. They are much more stain resistant than even a few years ago.

I think there is no comparision as to the look of tan breeches and now I can wear them without too much worry because of the new fabrics.

Do these for sure fit like Ciaras? I'm having so much trouble finding anyone in my area (outside of Toronto, Ontario) that actually stocks them. I would prefer to buy them in store but that may not be an option!

I don't have ciaras but I love the Olympias. I don't want to wear anything but these from now on. To me the fabric is a little bit thicker than the trophy hunter microfiber fabric. They don't pucker as much on the euroseat as the trophy hunters do either. The fabric lays flatter. Really light and comfy, I'll buy more.

They don't fit like the ciara's at all. Nor do they look as nice.
