    Default Gutter guard type systems?

Anyone have them? Are they expensive? I have SOOO many trees around my house that my gutters fill up in no time. There's also one particular small area that I just can't get to safely - and now have poison ivy growing out of the gutters there .

So I'm thinking some kind of gutter system. What do y'all think of them if you have them? Happy or no?

    they are not expensive.

I think what you can put on depends on the type of gutter you have but they are really affordable.

I looked at them the other day but I forgot what they ended up as price per foot wise.

definitely beats having to climb on a latter to clean gutters.

THere are different systems. The plastic mesh ones still let leaves in, and can be chewed through by squirrels, and the leaves pile up on top of the mesh and have to be brushed off. The metal top ones work very nicely, but do cost more because they have to be installed correctly and have supports to keep the tops in place. I would price out the metal top ones, and see how much they are compared to having someone clean the others out a lot.

I have Leaf Guard. They were kind of expensive, yeah, but they make the gutters for you and they have a ton of color options. Mine stood up to the Wisconsin blizzards this year no problem! I love mine.
