Default Renting a Barn, How much will the Owner's Home Insurance go up?

I rent a barn right now but have never spoken to the owner about how much they pay. I carry full liability on all my horses plus renter's insurance.

I have a friend who has sold her horses and has a small barn with good grass, was going to move some horses there. Her insurance company said her insurance would go up as she is renting the barn to an outside person. But I carry renters and liability. I'm just concerned that they think she is boarding horses, which would be different.

    Default insurance

If they think she is boarding horses the homeowner's ins would probably not cover it due to the "attractive nuisance" factor-----------you know, folks are just "drawn to horses" on the fence, etc. They'd most likely make her get commercial liability ins. They may anyway------
