Default I've been keeping a secret....

Last December we imported a new Section B Welsh Pony colt from Scotland. It was really hard not to just blab to the world, because I was so excited, but I've managed to keep a lid on it!!

His name is *Mynach Master Class, and he is a son of Royal Welsh Champion Eyarth Beau Geste, and out of one of the best producing mares at Mynach/Waxwing -- Mynach Mimosa (by Moelview Mohawk). This makes him a full brother to multi Royal Welsh Champion Mynach Miss Prim.

I'm completely head over heels in love with this colt. He has the BEST temperament and has quickly turned into a total pet. I waste way too much time kissing his cute nose and admiring him every time I'm out at the barn!

He went to his first show this past weekend and was SUCH a good boy. He showed beautifully and came home a champion. I'm so proud of him and so excited about what he will grow into.

He admittedly is in a bit of an awkward growth stage, but nonetheless, he is still lovely.

Photos of him from this weekend's show can be seen on my web site at http://www.welshponies.com/mc.htm

K shoot me now I really thought that was Marmaduke standing there till I saw the mane. He does look fantastic! One of these days I am going to get over there to see those lovely ponies and give them lots of kisses.

What a wild facial marking! I can't get over the way the white wraps around his mouth on the one side. Very cute! I wonder what sort of white gene causes that?

Oh, he is lovely. Reminds me of Rue, only in miniature. I'd have to kiss that nose everyday too.

I love him. I don't think he looks a bit awkward as a yearling. I bit butt high, but thats to be expected. What size will he be? He looks big.
