Default Twisdenwood Farm & Helen Cast – Georgetown, MA

I’m looking to move my horse and plan to check this place out next week. I’m not at all familiar with the farm or the trainer.

If anyone could provide information on the level of care, T/O, footing, grooms, etc. at this facility, I would appreciate it.

Also, if anyone has any input on Helen Cast, that would be helpful too.

Thanks and please feel to PM me.

Thanks for the PMs - appreciate the info.

I posted under an Alter because I don't want anyone at my current barn to know I'm looking.

That makes perfect sense. I used an alter when I was looking, too.

    Default Helen Cast

Hi. I am curious abpout her as well. I am thinking about leasing a horse to her. She came and looked at him and rode him. She said all the right things, and apparently has competed at Grand Prix level, but nobody has heard of her!!! I would like any input I can get.

Her show record is available on http://centerlinescores.com/Rider/Details/2301.

I've met her, and toured her barn when I was thinking of moving my horse. I ultimately chose to not move, but it was not because of anything negative about her or her program. Another person who moved from my barn to HC's is apparently having a good experience there.
