Question help me pick a new saddle pad

I am buying a new saddle pad from PadPerfect. I never buy nice pads, just the cheapo's. I have caved and want a new fancy one! woot woot

My Gelding is chestnut ( his pic is in my profile) and my vest is navy. I was thinking a grey or charchol pad with navy trim and electric blue piping.

    any other fun suggestions?

I'm a traditionalist myself, but given that it sounds like you don't splurge often you might want to consider colors that you will be able to live with for a while. Since you have a chestnut I would stay away from "warm" colors like red (but that's just me).

2 braver combos that I like are:
Navy pad with kelly green trim & white piping (or vice-versa with the green & white).
Navy pad with light blue trim & white piping (kind of like this helmet cover).
Navy pad with orange trim & white piping (but this could be tough on a chestnut).
On this page I am essentially talking about combos 6, 9 & 12.

I think the navy, light blue, and white is a lovley combo.
thanks for the link to that chart.
I am still waiting on a reply from the lady who makes the pads for some other ideas for a chestnut
