Wow, it looks like a giraffe with an abnormally (for a giraffe!) short neck.

    Cool

A real horse would be embarrassed by it. Yes, I saw the made by Playmates...good grief! Please, do not allow my grand daughter to ask me for one of these...no way!

UGH! Why are all girls' toys aimed at creating future ding-dongs?

At least Fashion Star fillies were basically shaped like a real horse. I eventually repainted all of mine to look like real horses...

    What would Anna Freud say?

That was my first thought, too!!

But pads in front and behind?

I suppose this is the time to admit I own a couple hundred faux virtual ponies from an online game called PonyIsland, and not really connected to, but a part of the "adult" side of PI, as well as the MLP forums is a place called the Cat Fight Forum...
That was posted there a few years ago as I recall. A line from Les Mis accurate describes the collective response.. "I am agog, I am agast!".

As an aside, I have been learning about MLP customizing... Seems like it could be a lot of fun, lol.

Looks like they misplaced the 's' in horse to hores.

Or accidentally wrote "Struts" instead of "Sluts."

    Maybe they're Whor-ses?

This reminds me of one of my favorite books as a child, Louis Slobodkin, The Horse with the High Heeled Shoes.

Elizabeth (the lady horse) looked remarkably like this toy, at the beginning of the story, but during the story something happens to make her owner Miss Crumpet realize that high heels are impractical for a horse, no matter how well dressed she wants Elizabeth to be.
