She took a few months off to enjoy the lovely upstate NY winter

On her facebook page, it was mentioned back in December that she was doing well. I bet you'll start seeing workouts pretty soon with Finger Lakes opening in April. Hopefully she'll run back to her 2010 spring/summer dominating form and get back to some nice NYRA races..

Well, horses have been working out at Finger Lakes for a few weeks now in prep for the meet opening on 4/16, but no sign of LBT yet. And her Facebook page disappeared a couple days ago..

The owner and trainer of Lisa's Booby Trap, Tim Snyder has been so kind to donate pictures of Lisa's Booby Trap (some autographed) to the R.A.C.E. Fund to help raise funds for racehorse retirement and rescue. Tim has also donated the horseshoes that Lisa's Booby Trap wore when she won the Loudonville Stakes at Saratoga. FWIW, it was mentioned today on another forum that Lisa returned to Finger Lakes grounds about a week ago, and has been walking daily. It was also mentioned that Mr. Snyder is having health issues (plus two other horses in his stable) and can't do the work he was able to do last year. Hoping for the best for both trainer and mare..

Lisa was his wife who passed from cancer and "The booby trap" is the name of a club that held whimsical value to them.

Does TVG on Tuesdays still broadcast any FL racing? It seems at best they show on delay a race or two from the "Handicapsule". Hopefully the race will be aired live under the circumstances of the entry.
