Has anyone here converted to using either an exercise ball or exercise ball with a stand as an office chair? I'm considering purchasing one and am hoping to hear from those that have already tried it as to how it affects core strength/posture.
I sit in a (nice, cushy) office chair at a desk for 8+ hours a day. I realize it is entirely possible to slouch while sitting on an exercise ball, but let's assume I'm going to make an effort to sit up straight and maintain somewhat correct posture.
Thoughts? They aren't all that expensive.
