Default Breeding of the small horse that showed HITS Grand Prix?

Does any one recognize the pony that showed in the Grand Prix at HITS? I am dying to know his breeding. I will cross post on the H/J forum too.
Here is the video I found on FB

Quick Start by Quick Star.He is a small horse, stallion approved BWP.Owned/ridden and trained by Stefanie Collier, Collier's Lane, Sheridan,IN. He is a lovery talented little guy and Stef has done an amazing job with him.I believe his first foals are due to hit the ground this spring.

From what I have heard Quick Star throws smaller with tons of scope and heart. I don't think I have heard of one this small and he looks amazing!!

    I love him!

Here's a link; it doesn't have a huge amount of information but it has some cool photos: http://www.collierslane.com/stallion.html

I think I read some where that he was 12th with 8 faults. Let me go back on my FB to see if I can verify that.

The video shows him pulling a rail near the end of the course. There were 50 entered,I did not see him in the final results listed on HITS OCALA results page.

I believe I was told by someone pretty close to the horse that he is 15.2h at best, but it's been a WHILE so I may be remembering wrong. Either way he's a cool little horse with lots of jump. I belive Quick Star had a tendency to throw small but the only one I owned was 17.1h.

Quick Start is licensed with the BWP. 16.0 hands is the height published in the directory, and the judges would certainly have measured him at the time of his approval.
