Why are Swedish Oxers not allowed in Jumper schooling in USEF/FEI shows? Was there a safety concern/multiple injuries? I always loved Swedish oxers!
Someone must know.
Because if you don't jump the middle it's an offset and a good tune. Too hard to police fairly.

By jumping the wrong side of it it's like jumping a ramped oxer backwards, which is illegal under schooling rules... can be good for sharpening them up before the ring, but considered like polling.

I've done that a couple of times, but not on purpose!
Count me in as one that enjoys a nice swedish oxer. Love the jump it gets out of most horses
