I am not sure, but I think Coloredhorse is who has this one, very, very appropiated for this winter of our discontent:
"In the middle of winter, I learned that in me resides invincible summer."

Don't you wish your girlfriend could trot like me?
You can not polish a turd.
The only way you can change a man, is if he is wearing diapers.
He doesn't know whether to scratch his watch, or wind his ass.
( My Father, about an exceptionally spastic colt )
And Coreens classic; douchnozzle,
Priceless!

Bahahahaha, Ware Whip!, all of those are fabulous!!! I read those on my phone yesterday and laughed and laughed
Here's another:
"Trespassers will be shot, survivors shot again."

LOL:
"Horse between legs, rider on top."
Someone needs to remind my OTTB that sometimes. He gets a little strong sometimes and wants to try other ideas and combinations...

I don't recall whose signature this is, or the exact wording, but I laugh every time I read it. It goes something like this:
"Political correctness - the misconception that it is entirely possible to hold a turd by the clean end"
There are friends and faces that may be forgotten, but there are horses that never will be. - Andy Adams

I like the one in my sig. It tends to work for a large percentage of posters here

One of my favorite bylines is "Beware the dragon, for you are crunchy and good with ketchup."
A signature that I love is "Oldenburger with Fries."
Of course, there are tons more, but these are the ones that stick out.

Hehe, I thought this hilarious thread could use a little dusting off
Spotted this gem in somebody's sigline tonight: "COTH, keeping popcorn growers in business for years."

You lot are a positive unending gusher of quotes.
The truismn Equus Makus Brokus makes me smile with understanding, and the more recent Equus Makus Broken also a truism.
Then thre is the odd poster who are all hat and no cattle - but immediately called to task by the COTH police.

Don't remember the exact wording but it's something along the lines of "Quick, he's total garbage, hide him on my trailer!"

I think that's paulaedwina quoting petstorejunkie with the "quick, hide him on my trailer!" That's one of my favorites too!

Hahaha, yeah, that's Tas/Petstorejunkie alright. She's one of my best friends, and she's always a great source of laughs when we talk horsey stuff on the phone. She's quite witty

I came up with my own sigline since starting this thread forever ago. Say my sigline aloud and see if you don't laugh

I'm probably misquoting and I don't recall whose brilliance this is, but:
Arguing with stupid people is like playing chess with a pigeon.
No matter how well you play, the pigeon will strut around knocking over pieces, crap on the board and act like it won.
