I've tried VTO, Smartpak etc. I need a dressage girth in brown for a monoflap. I would like it under 100.00. Any suggestions?

I have now after much searching found 3 under 100.00. I'm going to wait until I can see them in person to decide.

I'm still open for suggestions or comments on any short girths in brown.

I just went through this. M. Toulouse has one for like $98-99. Smartpak carries it. VTO carries one...I think it is a Nunn Finer and it is listed as a dressage girth, but it does come in brown (I believe it is the "Passage" girth). I ended up buying a County Logic on consignment from my local tack shop...good deal.

I have a brown wintec dressage girth that I use for my monoflap. It is the right color brown and I Love it!!! It just hoses right off.... and doesn't rub.

I actually use a very similar girth for my dressage saddle because i love it so

The Nunn Finer Piaffe/Passage girth comes in brown, and it's absolutely gorgeous leather. You have to buy it from Bit of Britain, though.

I saw an anatomic brown girth on ebay for about 90 bucks. I don't remember the brand name, but it looked nice. love the anatomic girths! There was a store that carries them on ebay. just search for anatomic brown dressage girth. good luck!

This is what I have and love it, very nice girth, has held up really well to a lot of hard riding/work and is still soft and lovely. I bought it from Somerset Saddlery, so you can get it from other sources then BoB, if they carry Nunn Finer products.

Ok, resurrecting this thread b/c I have a monoflap arriving today, and if it works (ohpleaseohplease), I'll need a brown girth to go with it. Until then, hello black dressage girth - bet you're glad to be doing double duty!

So I found a place on ebay that sells the brown wintecs and the thorogood ones (though the T ones are intnl vendors).

Anyone else know of other vendors/sellers of sythetic neoprene or airflow type short brown girths? Links? My googling has turned up nil.

Between the *nearly* always hot weather here in TX and my mare's sensitive proclivities, a soft sythetic is what I'm looking for in this case. Not cotton-y, nylon web or fleece - the kind I can hose off after each ride.

If Classic Equine would make their soft touch dressage girth in brown, I could die happy.

Bit of Britain has short brown wintec synthetic girths in brown. That's where I ended up ordering by girth for my chiberta. I love that I can just hose it off in the summer.

I've ordered the Thorogood ones from the seller in the UK (see my post above). It still comes to only about $45 with shipping. I love these girths. They are contoured (unlike the Wintecs) and wash beautifully. Only downside is it takes about 3 weeks with shipping.

It has pockets so you can tuck the billets out of the way. I have this girth in an 18", 22" and 24"!

Throwgood has 18? nice...... what are they made of though?
