Default Am I considered an Amateur now?

I'm renewing my USEA membership, and I'm trying to figure out if I should check the "Amateur Status Eligibility with the USEA" box. I turn 19 in July so I know I am no longer a Junior, and I don't make any kind of living or money through horses. I can't find a hard copy of the rule book, and I'm having a hard time finding the GR 306, 307, and 308 rules that apparently apply to this.

Also, sorry if this is a stupid question, but if I declare myself as an Amatuer can I no longer compete in Junior/Young Rider divisions (Ex. JYOT or JYOP)?

ETA: Am I correct in thinking YR divisions are 21 and under?

    it is GR 1306, 1307, 1308

    you can find it here

You are correct that YR is 21 and under. It does not matter whether you are amateur or professional- just your age.
