Default Professionals:what is your horse grading scale?

In another thread ,you spoke of when to advance a rider. Jimmy Wofford has a grading scale for riders level of 1 thru 10. What about the horses? is their such a scale? if the horse walks and jumps cross poles it's a 1 or if it can jump a 5' oxer from a standstill it's a 10 ! What makes a horse beginner, intermediate or advanced? What is your "grading" scale ????

I sort of grade my lesson horses; safe for walk trot lessons. Safe to learn to canter on, safe to learn to jump on, challenging, and well trained & needing a precise ride. Within that there are qualifiers though; needs a rider with a quiet leg, needs a rider that knows how to use hand and leg together and so on.

For show horses, I grade them by what level they can compete to.
