It's that time of year when everyone tries to shed off those extra pounds they gained during the holiday season. I get bored stuck in the gym all winter and need some variation into my routine besides, treadmill, elliptical, and some of the weight machine.
Does anyone have good exercises for abs, love-handles & legs?
What do you do to stay in shape?
In addition to the gym, I like to run, and I also recently discovered a local trainer in my area who does Boot Camp workouts. The BEST workout ever! Complete all over body workout with cardio, weights, etc. Different exercises all the time so it doesn't get boring, and also pushes your body to the limit (which I love). I always feel energized and tighter after the boot camps. If you can find one near you I would definitely recommend it.
