    Default Let it snow

At least I think that's the title.
    You know.
    The weather outside is frightful,
    The fire is so delightful......

Let snow let it snow, let it snow.....

Been going around in my head all day.

I am so sorry. My kids sung this for a month over the summer... To make me crazy... Sometimes my son will walk by humming it...

I was just wondering if a zillion years from now, if we got 'dug up' and our brains could be plugged in, if the scientist who plugged me in would hear Mariah Cary singing ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS IS YOU, because I can't get it out of my head.....and I think it's making me a little crazy.

    Default OMG Onelanerode......

My daughter's chorus hosted Eric Whitacre this past year. They've sung many of his compositions and Lux Arumque is one her favorites!

The chorus had several fund-raisers to bring him to their school. They had one day working with him prior to a concert at the Hochstein School in Rochester and it was spectacular!

She's sleeping now, but I can't wait to show her this thread tomorrow.

We did Water Night when I was in college. That was my introduction to Eric Whitacre. How lucky your daughter was to get to work with him in person! He's very, very gifted.

The virtual choir version of Lux Aurumque is really neat.
