I have a family member with same diagnosis. The array of pills is stunning, and his out of pocket for the meds equally stunning. But he makes it work with surprising good humor most of the time. Socially he does fine if he avoids alcohol altogether due to effects on meds.
I think one of the most important things you can do is confide in others regarding your illness. Allow people to care about you and support you (and help you stay compliant with your meds, if necessary). It'll take some of the pressure off you and help those close to you understand. Good luck!
