I just have to say I love the $700 Pony stories. But we must have more pictures!!!

I'll share my first clip job. It was (what I called) a trace clip, and what the rest of the barn called (ahem) "artistic". Poor Kalinka got the nickname of Van Gogh till it grew out.

Here is Mr Therese (AKA Jack) aboard (please note approved helmet http://chronicleforums.com/groupee_c.../icon_wink.gif). Yes, that is a ribbon in her forelock. If you look close you can see where I used the wrong blade on her neck, prompting the questions of if she had been sick and needed an IV. http://chronicleforums.com/groupee_c...n_rolleyes.gif

Therese, you are an amateur (no offense meant by this, by the way). Your clip looks GREAT. Original, yes. But a nice, neat clip job.

I took some pictures of the $700 Pony's trace clip today. I cannot post them.

It is one thing to publicly humiliate myself when we all know, wink, wink, that I exagerate a tiny bit. It is QUITE another to post photos that would be horrifying embarassing.

    No way. No how. http://chronicleforums.com/groupee_c...n_rolleyes.gif

Awwww. Come on! I must see this clip job!!! http://chronicleforums.com/images/cu...milies/yes.gif

BTW, I read the latest chapter out loud to my husband (as pictured in my recent post), and his only comment, "Oh MY!" http://chronicleforums.com/groupee_c...on_biggrin.gif

I laughed. I cried. It was better than Cats!

RR, you kill me. Is the $700 pony by any chance related to the (in)famous fainting goats?
