As Di is back in Germany again. Might late for this year, but if there is interest in semen, PM or email me (Contact info on my FB page, see link below) as there are some doses available.
Update on the size of our mare, As Di Ani Z, now a 5yo. She is taller than both her sire (As Di 16.0h) and her dam (our TB mare, Camille (-15.3); Ani is at least 16.1, or just over, and doesn't appear to be quite finished growing yet.
At a glance a first impression of her as a 'small' horse is entirely due to her incredibly well-proportioned conformation. You don't realize she is quite big until you are closer and notice that you have to look UP to see her.
She had a colt in 2012, by Jaguar Mail, now a yearling.
Ani is now started over jumps and showing every sign of being very, very scopey! (She and the colt will likely be offered for sale in the near future--PM for more info).
"Camille" is Ani's dam's registered name...on the pedigree query it's listed as Camille15--that's because she was entered in the 'all breed' query before her Jockey Club papers were finalized (at the age of 10!). Look on my FB page for pictures.
Camille is the horse in the Inner Bay cover photo...
Her pedigree is very, very special--note Buckpasser, Boran/Mourne.
My As di Villagana colt is now just exactly 3 and is 16.2 with growing left to do. As di Valentia is a very, very beautiful horse, one of the prettiest I've ever seen and I've been with horses since 1957! He's currently under saddle with Bobby Meyerhoff of Culpeper, VA and was bred by Mary O'Connor and bought by me at a month old, though I watched him from about a week old. See post #4.
