At least competitors had fantastic weather (if chilly mornings) for a change and no worries about sodden rings and warm up areas. How did everyone do?
You obviously weren't there. The first day there was tons of mud in the roadway outside of the outdoor rings, two of the three outdoor rings were sloppy (the third had the same footing WEG had and was wonderful), and the outdoor lunging area was slippery, sucking mud. It took a day and a half of 25 mile an hour winds to dry it all out. (And it was cold!) After it dried up, it was much better.
I looked everywhere for them. Did they sell out? Does Bridle Suite still have any in stock?
Christine was taking orders for them...they won't be in until late November. Call Christine to put in your order, she will ship to you for a reasonable price...she only charges me $2 from Austin to Dallas.
