Default Cleaning Back on Track pads

My BoT pad is absurdly stained, mostly with GA clay. They say not to bleach it (not that that works anyway), so what's a safe and effective way to get the red out?

What about Spray and Wash??????? I wash mine in Woolite, but haven't had to remove red stains.
