I think there are a few Athens, Ga area riders and the recent fitness thread made me wonder if there were some COTHers who would be interested in getting together for some fitness classes or etc. to improve our riding fitness?
I'm sloooowly getting to know some people in the area but it'd be great to have some fellow COTHers to do spin classes or pilates or yoga, etc. with better riding fitness as a goal.
I hope there are a few people interested. I see people working together or in groups out on the trails or running the sidewalks, etc. and think its a smart way to stay accountable and keep it interesting. I can't run but I am definitely interested in the aforementioned classes (and others) as well as other forms of lower impact exercise.
