Default Heel Lifts to Break in Field Boots

I need to get some heel lifts to use while breaking in a new pair of field boots so the top line doesn't get folded over before they fall at the ankle.

Can anyone else who has done this tell me where they bought the lifts (do most shoe repair places sell these) and how high the lifts were?

    Thanks!

I bought mine at Beval, and they were very inexpensive - just a couple bucks. They had a couple different thicknesses, but I don't recall which ones I got.

I bought mine at the tack store that measured my customs for me. I think they were only a few dollars. And, I STILL ride with them in my boots. For some reason I think it is more comfortable

You can also find them at Walmart/Target in the shoe insert section.

Our local tack shops have them, I think shoemakers also sell them.

Ditto. Pretty sure mine are still in my tall boots; I like the extra cushion on the heel.

Thanks -- I ordered some from the Beval website. They have so many brands and sizes to choose from at the drugstore website it made me head hurt!
