Default Any Upper Level Riders Seeking Help?

I'm a college student who evented for years. I've worked and ridden with the best, and am thinking about taking a year or so off school. I miss horses, and would be interested in a groom job or the like. I'm NOT looking for a working student position as I really don't care about riding anymore, however, I would like to be doing behind the scenes work. I'm in the southeast, and would prefer to stay on the east coast.

I think that you might have greatest success by contacting prospective employers directly with a letter and a resume (or a phone call, etc.).

Just be aware: your options might be a bit more limited this time of year given that the season will be winding down in October but I would not let this entirely discourage you.

Many ULR winter in Aiken, SC; Southern Pines, NC and in Florida. As well as those who live there permanently.
