    Default rust on breeches

Anyone have suggestions for getting rust (from a hanger) off white breeches? Thanks!

I've seen laundry products for removing rust in grocery stores.

If nothing else works, RIT sells a Color Remover.

I've got rust on a few things lately. Seems the washer is doing something funny with light coloured clothing. Now my pink breeches have rust on them too..

Googling last week the top most suggestion on rust seems to be lemon juice. I haven't tried it yet though.

Whink rust remover. Works like a dream on all sorts of things, even delicate fabrics. You can find it at most hardware stores.

My wife has a collection of stain removers called Stain Devils. She gets them at JoAnn's fabric store. There are a number of them, each specific for a type of stain. They are truly magical as I've seen them take out blood, rust, grass stains, lots of other really difficult stains. I don't know how much they are, but I don't think they are all that much.

    Good luck in your project.
