    Default Companion/Trail OTTB Gelding: MA

I have a very sweet '04 OTTB gelding free to a companion or trail home. I bought him as an eventing prospect but later found he has severe arthritis of his coffin joint (and probably hocks/stifles) He was doing very well but has taken a turn for the worse as his work load increased and defiantly needs a quite easy going home. I'm a student and simply can't afford to keep a horse I can't ride. He is BEYOND sweet and very safe, he hasn't had much off track training but he has a good head and cares about his person.

    Pictures/more information available.

If he has severe arthritis at this young age you should put him down. He is not suitable as a trail horse and there are plenty of sound horses out there looking for a home.
