Question Any New Rita Mae Brown Fox Hunting/Sister Jane Books?

I always enjoyed the Sister Jane/ fox hunting series, but haven't seen a new book since last September.

Has she ended the fox hunting series?

I see she has a new book coming out, but with new characters in September:

Not sure about Rita Mae Brown, but have you read the Jan Neuworth books? They are similar to the Sister Jane books. She just released the third one.

If she has another series starting it'll probably be six months/year for another from the old series (Sister Jane or Mrs Murphy.) And figure it's been six months or so since she finished active writing on the new one, so what she's working on the meantime could be anything. I haven't heard anything one way or another.

Suniday - is that the correct spelling of the author's name? I can't find that author in my library's system or on amazon.com.

I tried looking also, no luck.

Could you give us a link to the books and where to buy?

Also, I agree, RMB has been getting a bit preachy/on her soapbox in the past couple books.

I still enjoy them, especially the foxhunting series. If she is done with the series, it went out with a fizzle rather than a bang and lots of loose ends.

Let me check at home. It is not in the larger distribution chanels. She is from Virginia and I think has a small VA publishing company distributing it.

I found the last one at a Foxhunting type of website. If I find it, I'll put up the link.

    Sorry for the suspense!

Edited: www.horseandhound.com is where I purchased the latest in the series by Jan Neuworth. I think it is called "The Kill".
