Default Diagram of footfalls at different gaits - where to find?

I know I have a book somewhere that includes diagrams of footfalls at the walk, trot, canter and gallop, but can't for the life of me find it. Any suggestions for a site that has printable illustrations/diagrams online? Thanks in advance.

Pony Club Manual, Book 1, pages 236-9 has a diagram from the side of the horse and a description.

This site lists the footfalls in order. Kind of printable. http://www.ponyclubvic.org.au/?Page=133

There are diagrams in this article from the USDF magazine in 2004.
