    Default Horse Property Specialist

I need to sell my property.I am in rural southern Virginia and I need help.
Who did you use and or how did you sell your property?
I believe the buyer will be from outside of my immediate and probably out of state.
So please any advice & or information will be appreciated.

    Thanks,Tanner

I don't know any agents in the Danville area but you might try this site:

    http://www.horseproperties.net/current_agents.html

Also, I would google equine real estate specialists, Danville VA and start checking out their websites. You will know the ones who know what they are talking about (ie riding ring vs riding rink) and then give them a call. Interview several just as you would a potential employee and pick the one who suits your needs the best.

I would avoid doing a For Sale By Owner if you can.

    Good Luck!

Some agents are so connected with websites and technology they can reach more people outside their area than those old timers who have their clientele and operate more locally without switching to the modern age.
