I'd love the black and white mule team on the bottom of page 4. So cute.
"look deep into his pedigree. Look for the name of a one-of-a-kind horse who lends to his kin a fierce tenacity, a will of iron, a look of eagles. Look & know that Slew is still very much with us."

Chincoteague pony at Camelot...might or might not really be broke, but damn, if I had room for a lawn ornament...
If someone gets 406 (TB with the hind socks) or knows what is name is, PM me? He isn't the horse I'm tracking (wrong age, though the face and last race date gave me a momentary heart attack) but I'm curious about his relatives. He looks a lot like Lucky down to the turned-out back feet. I can't really take another but if he is a relative I might be able to help out someone who can. I like Lucky's family.

The haffie cross looks like she could make up into a fun little kids horse or school horse.
And those Belgians broke my heart. Wish I could let them get fat be loved in their old age with me.

Today, I met Trolley, the mare who was shipped to Camelot and had a sock packed in her head wound. She's in the care of a rescue and will be getting x-rays this week in preparation for surgery to repair her head. In the meantime, she's relaxing and keeping cool in her bug armor:

God bless you people for doing this. I wish I could win the lottery so I could do it too.
